Terms of service

Last updated: July 2026

Draft. This text has the right structure but has not been reviewed by a lawyer yet.

1. Who we are

PosCheap provides point-of-sale software as a service. These terms govern the relationship between us and whoever contracts the service.

2. Accounts and access

An account belongs to one person and gives access to the businesses linked to it. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what happens under your account.

3. Plans, trials and billing

Each plan states what it includes and its limits. A trial period does not require payment and does not charge anything automatically when it ends. Prices may change with prior notice, and never for a period already paid.

4. Your data

The data you load — products, sales, customers — is yours. We store and process it to provide the service, and we do not sell it. You can request an export at any time.

5. Availability

We work to keep the service available, but we do not promise it will never be interrupted. We will give notice of scheduled maintenance whenever possible.

6. Acceptable use

The service may not be used for illegal activity, to store data you have no right to hold, or in ways that damage the service or other customers.

7. Suspension and cancellation

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend an account for non-payment or for breach of these terms, giving notice first whenever the situation allows it.

8. Limits of liability

The service is provided as is. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the period concerned.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Substantial changes will be notified in advance through the email registered on the account.
